It's 'Kegani'. In English we call it 'horsehair crab' or simply 'hairy crab'.
As you may know it, Hokkaido is a crab hotspot and the 'Hair crab' is the most familiar to the locals. It has exceptional sweetness and dense, delicious meat with a firm texture.
